L.A. Girl PRO Conceal HD Concealers Review

L.A. Girl PRO Conceal HD Concealer

After seeing the L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealers popping up a lot recently on Instagram, I just had to see what the hype was about. They seem to be a popular choice for contouring on lots of beauty accounts I follow, I love contouring so what better than a couple of new products to experiment with. The price of the concealers seems to vary depending on where you purchase them from, but the normal price is about £5. They are currently available to buy on Beauty Bay or on Amazon which is where I got them as they were slightly cheaper on there. There may be other places to buy them too but these are the ones I’ve come across.

L.A Girl describes the concealers as “Crease-resistant, opaque coverage in a creamy yet lightweight texture. The long-wearing formula camouflages darkness under the eyes, redness and skin imperfections. Provides complete, natural-looking coverage, evens skin tone, covers dark circles and minimizes fine lines around the eyes. This blendable and buildable formula provides the ultimate, customizable coverage. This must-have concealer includes a soft brush-tip for easy application”.

The coverage definitely is very lightweight, I was quite impressed with this as it is creamy I worry it could be clumpy and thick but it’s not, it applies very easily and blends in well. I really like the brush applicator, it makes it very easy to get the product out and apply exactly where you want it, but you do have to be careful not to squeeze out too much in one go! The coverage is light to medium but it is very buildable which is good and it doesn’t crease at all.

It was quite hard to choose the shades I wanted online without being able to swatch them first, but after some research I decided to go for Beautiful Bronze and Light Ivory. There are so many shades to choose from – 24 to be exact! This is pretty impressive as I don’t think I’ve ever seen a brand have this many concealers in one range before.

Beautiful bronze is a deep brown shade and one of the darkest ones they offer. I absolutely love this shade, it is perfect for contouring. As it is very dark I don’t need much product at all for one application. If I repurchase this I potentially would go for a shade slightly less dark as at the moment I can only use this when I’m wearing fake tan (which actually is most of the time!)

Light Ivory is one of their lightest shades, there is only one other lighter than it which is called Porcelain. I really love this shade, it is perfect for highlighting and it works so well under the eyes to brighten up any dark circles. I would definitely repurchase this again and I’m also considering trying Porcelain as I love very light concealers.

Overall, I’m a massive fan of these concealers. They are very affordable and are definitely good quality. Although they aren’t the longest lasting concealers ever for the price they are pretty impressive. If you like contouring with cream products I would definitely recommend these.

Have you tried these L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealers? Are there any other L.A. Girl products you would recommend?
