GOSH Eyeshadows- LA and Vegas

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to win Sammy from Dainty Owl's blog giveway. The prize was these two gorgeous GOSH Cosmetics eyeshadow palettes and a handmade necklace from her online jewellery shop. First things first, how AMAZING are these colours?! I was so drawn to them when I saw them on Dainty Owl and they look even better in person. I love the packaging of these eyeshadows, and the fact that they are themed- these two are 'LA' and 'Vegas'. The palettes are very compact, sturdy plastic and come with a big clear mirror.

9 shades... to have fun in LA

Above is the LA palette. This features nine shades of gorgeous shimmery aqua like colours. They are so creamy in texture and smooth across the eyelid effortlessly. I also find that the colours go so well, and blend very well with each other. I love how different these colours are as there are so many neutrals around at the moment. I am excited to try some eye looks with these colours and I think they will be great for the Autumn and Winter months.

9 shades... to play with in Vegas
I don't even know where to start with the Vegas palette. I am so drawn to bright colours especially pinks and these are just beautiful. Again, the quality of these is amazing, they are so pigmented and having tried a few already I think they actually look much better on the eyelid and less intimidating. Although they are a bit bright for everyday use, and I can't say I will be using them as often as the LA palette, I think these will be great to create some really fun looks, either for fancy dress, festivals in the future or halloween.

Over all, I am really impressed with these eyeshadows, the colours in each palette really compliment each other to create a wide variety of looks. GOSH have another palette in 'New York' which looks great, I hope to add this to my collection soon.

Finally, this is the necklace from Dainty Owl's online shop. It is so pretty, I have already worn it a couple of times and definitely will be checking out more from her shop!

Has anyone else tried these GOSH palettes? What do you think?
