e.l.f Haul

I have been wanting to try some products from e.l.f Cosmetics for so long now as I have seen so many positive reviews and the prices are just so affordable! But for some reason I have just never got around to purchasing anything off their online store. When I was in Cardiff a few weeks ago I was shocked to spot an e.l.f shop! (I didn't even know they had shops before this!). I was so excited and just had to go inside. However after all the money I had already spent shopping for my holiday that day I had to restrict myself from buying too much, so I came out with these three items. I have just got back from holiday and I took all these items with me, so after using them most days for two weeks I have quite a good idea about each of them.

Studio Eyebrow Kit- £3.95

The first thing I picked up was the Studio Eyebrow Kit. After running out of my Benefit Brow Zings I have been looking for a cheaper alternative and this looked perfect. I am really impressed with the wax section, it is such a nice brown colour and stays in place all day. I was also surprised how well it lasted in the hot climate while I was away. The only downside is that it is definitely not as pigmented as the Brow Zings and I felt I needed to put a lot of product on to get the look I wanted.

The powder section is really good, it works really well filling in any gaps missed by the wax and sets it really well. I don't really like the brush it came with, it is synthetic and didn't work as well as I wanted it to. However, despite the small downsides, you can't expect it to be amazing at the price of £3.95. It is a great brow product and I am continuing to use it everyday.

Blending Eye Brush- £1.95

I spotted this eyeshadow blending brush and I thought it looked really good so for £1.95 I had to give it a try! It is so soft and seems to be incredibly good quality for the price. I have been using this with my Naked palette eyeshadows and it blends them so well. I really recommend this if you are looking for a good blending brush! E.l.f had so many brushes in their shop, and I can't wait to go back and get a few more. If they are all as good quality as this brush it will definitely become my new favourite make up brush brand!

Precision Liquid Eyeliner- £3.95
The final product I bought was this liquid eyeliner. When buying a liquid eyeliner I always feel like I'm taking a big risk as you never really know the quality or how long it will last on your eyes when you buy it. I decided to buy this one as I thought it was a great size to take on holiday and the brush looked really good. I was definitely right about the brush, it is so thin and allows me to get such a neat line on my eyelid, although it is a little bit stiff but that didn't seem to matter. I noticed as well that the eyeliner didn't smudge or come off even a little bit throughout the day, in fact it was actually hard to remove it! So as you can tell I am really impressed with this eyeliner and with such a low price you just can't go wrong!

Thats the end of my little e.l.f haul, all these products for less than £10! I can definitely say I will be taking another trip to e.l.f very soon and will probably have another haul.

What do you think of e.l.f? Are there any products you recommend to try?
